has a hard crusted white bread. depending on how hard it is cooked it has a yellow colour and a long bar like shape.

is made from a whole meal flour called lebensfroh which is produced from blending carefully selected grains and also contains 4 types of nuts “pine, macadamia, walnuts, pistachio”.

Hot & cold pies – Our amazing pies are hand made with our own short crust and puff pastry, filled with succulent meats and vegetables sourced from local farms in the Canberra district including our own. Pickled puddings: A puddings sold/served in the jar it was baked in; some varieties of fruit used will be peaches, nectarines, feijoa, pears, apricots, figs, beetroot, pumpkins and rhubarb.
Flavours will include…Rhubarb crumble, Peach caramel,Sticky date and salty caramel, Dark chocolate and Double baked cheese cake.. .all baked in the jar(or pickled).
