Orange Caramel Sauce

Orange Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:

80g sugar

30ml water

80ml orange juice

1 tbsp arrowroot mixed with water to form a paste

Method:

Place water and sugar into a pot, bring to the boil and let caramelise. When slightly coloured add the orange juice.

Re-boil and add arrowroot mixture and cook until lightly thickened.
