Situated in the Central West district of Grenfell, NSW. We produce a range of smoked products.

Smoked Trout
WHOLE OR DE BONED SMOKED TROUT
The fresh trout comes from the Snowy mountain Trout Farm in Tumut produced by the Smith family of Canberra.

We smoke our trout one at a time after they have spent 36 hours in our special brine.The sawdust is from fallen Iron Bark trees   on our farm. Torsten  uses a very old Swedish method to smoke the fish and other items.

After smoking and cooling they are then vacuum packed to maintain their smokey juicy texture.

We produce Whole Smoked trout as well as DE Boned Trout. Great to take on trips or as a gift for that difficult loved one to buy for.

Smoked Trout can be re heated in an oven or BBQ as well its great in Salads, Pasta and Potato Bake just to name a few. Call in and see us for some interesting recipes and ideas about our Smoked products.

We have trout in portion size as well as chicken, eel, salmon and duck. We also have Graved Lax and Trout Pate.
