Recently we expanded our food line to include vacuum sealed take-home packs of our brisket and pulled pork. The brisket and pork have been smoked, rested and then vacuum sealed to retain all the flavour.
The bags are reheated in the comfort of the customers own home. Simply immerse the entire bag in boiling water for 15 minutes, cut open and enjoy. We have posted recipes on how the meat can be used from pasta to pizza and tacos.
