Using locally sources ethanol I infuse native Australian botanicals such as Lemon Myrtle, Davidson Plum, Strawberry Gum, Riberry, Rosella and traditional botanicals such as Juniper berries, Corriander seed and Angelica root, to distill a smooth and elegant gin that has a uniquely Australian taste.
Producing the flavoured vodkas involve sourcing local Lemon Myrtle, Red Apples and Cinnamon and sugar to hand produce syrups and infuse into our highly purified vodka to make a full strength spirit that tastes like a liqueur.
The coffee vodka is made in collaboration with Canberra favourite cold brew coffee company, Bellerophon Coffee.
