Sesame seeds are now being grown in Australia, and when the harvest is completed in May June, I will offer a delicious health-giving condiment sesame salt.

Carp Soup a traditional Japanese dish for vitality and also for women after childbirth and for breast milk production! It's made by taking the whole cleaned fish (fins and all of carp or snapper) and adding the same weight of burdock (if not available then carrots) and by adding bancha tea twigs to make the bones melt. Served with ginger shallots and miso and is very delicious. All ingredients are sourced locally and at the markets
Vitality Stew/Soup made by cooking 3 root vegetables, 3 round vegetables and 3 leafy green vegetables together with tempeh, tofu and green beans. Good for vitality (hence the name) and sluggish digestion. The vegetables will also be sourced from the market and locally.
Lotus root tea, a drink made from lotus root, sometimes available fresh in Chinese grocers.
New England Fish Chowder - A wonderful soup made from fish potatoes onions cream and salt.
