Our argentinian Alfajores (al-fa-ho-res) are made with a combination of rich dulce de leche (a soft, milk cara mel-like filling), two crumbly and tender cookies, and a gentle coating of premium chocolate.
On its own the cookie might not be much to write home about, but when filled with our creamy dulce de leche The result is an almost shortbread-like dough that melts in your mouth when you bite into it.
