Balsamic Strawberries

Recipe by Michaela Uren of Forchefs


  • 1x 250g punnet strawberries, washed, hulled, quartered
  • 2tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbs caster sugar


– Place the strawberries in a medium bowl.
– Add the vinegar and sugar.
– Season with pepper.
– Stir until well combined.
– Set aside for 15 minutes to macerate.
