Caramel Figs

Recipe by Nick Carter of Forchefs


  • Figs (2 per person)
  • Caster sugar (to taste)


– Cut Figs in half heat in pan on skin side then sprinkle with sugar and panfried the cut side slowly till sugar caramalise.
– Remove from heat and serve with double cream. Yum
