July sees the return of some of our popular stallholders. After a break from the Market, Hillside Pastured Farm are back this month. Coming from Wirrimah in NSW, north of Young, Hillside sell pastured chicken, whole table birds and pieces, as well as Turkey, and have just been approved to start selling their fresh eggs at the Market too. Pastured chickens are raised with sunshine, clean air and fresh grass every day, raised the way they were meant to be.
And hailing from further afield, the guys at Burnbar Fruit are also back this month with their fresh avocados and custard apples. Coming from inland from Ballina in northern NSW, their custard apples and avocados are premium sub tropical fruits available at the Market in Canberra. Catch them each week throughout July.
