Our cooking demos are back! We’ve just partnered with the Canberra Institute of Technology to bring fabulous cooking demonstrations to our Market visitors on the first Saturday of every month.

Come along and see CIT students cook up a storm using fresh local and regional produce from our Market stallholders. It’s a great way to see what you can do with our food, and see the talented students at work as they cook for you live. What will you learn to cook next?
