Owner Dennis Kahrilas comes from Blacktown where the goods are wood smoked including delicious seafood – salmon, prawns, mussels and squid. If seafood isn’t your thing, Dennis also wood smokes chicken and duck. And for the vegetarians out there the Orgazmo range also includes smoked sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, cheddar and haloumi cheese. All products are top quality and super fresh, handled with love and care…you’ve just got to try them they’re that good!
