    • i.e. Product, Planting, Harvest. If fruit or vegetables please list planting and approximate harvest dates. If your new product is a value add product such as a baked good, sauce, handmade produce etc, please advise where ingredients will be sourced from and tell us why you would like to add this product to your existing range.
      For example – are your fruits being made into jams?

    • Certification/Registration

      For example – it is a high risk product when you have previously been classified as low risk?

    • Declaration

      Please read the following declaration details below and acknowledge your agreement by ticking the checkbox at the bottom.
