Growing microgreens for health and culinary delights, Microgreens are young vegetable greens that are approximately 1–3 inches (2.5–7.5 cm) tall. They are grown to just after the cotyledon leaves have developed and have up to 40 times the nutritional value of the adult counterpart. They are easy to incorporate into any meal and can be quite aromatic, add taste value, texture and a nutritional boost to any meal.
