Gary has perfected the technique required to grow the perfect mushroom. We have established a very well maintained farm with a very high standard of hygiene which helps us to produce a fresh clean product full of flavour.

We believe in only supplying the freshest produce by delivering it only hours after picking, not only giving the customer a fresh mushroom but one with a huge shelf life that can last up to 2 weeks in the correct refrigerated  environment.
