Rush to the Market for a Dinner Rush

Modern life dictates very busy schedules for us all and it’s increasingly hard to find time to make good quality, healthy and delicious meals for your loved ones. That’s where Dinner Rush comes in.

Local Siobhan Palmer makes the kinds of meals you want to make for your family, but just don’t have the time. Think beef and ricotta meatballs in Napoli sauce, slow cooked beef with eggplant in chilli and coconut, and chicken braised in walnuts and pomegranate. Siobhan creates all the meals herself sourcing many of the ingredients from the Market. She uses beef from Minto Galloway, nuts from Alpine Nuts, as well as La Barre Olive Oil and local free range dorper lamb.

The meals are pre-made and vacuum packed in serves of one and two. All you have to do is heat and eat and you’re ready to go.
