Local pasta producer Dish It Up have created an exclusive gluten free pasta blend, that is free of corn and soy which is contained in a lot of store bought gluten free pasta. The handmade pasta is grain free, gluten free and made from a combination of chickpea flour, biodynamic free range eggs and pink salt.
