Vietnamese street food has arrived at the Market. And it’s so delicious we’re sure you’ll agree. Canberran Tammy Do of CPS Canteens arrived at the Market earlier this month with a very tasty range of Vietnamese street food she makes from traditional recipes

Dishes include a variety of fresh bread rolls with toppings including Chicken, BBQ pork and pork pad Thai. You can also try a range of Vietnamese rice paper rolls including pork and prawn, and vegetarian. Hot spring rolls, wonton soup, deep fried wontons and chicken sticky rice add to what’s on offer.

You can taste Vietnamese street food from the CPS Canteens’ menu every Saturday and find them in the new outside area.
