Bircher Muesli
Ingredients:
100ml dried oats
200ml juice
Fresh fruit and yoghurt
Method:
Bircher muesli is quick and easy and very healthy, well it can be!
Just simply soak your oats in the juice or milk of your choice for up to 48 hours.
Serve with fresh or poached fruits and yoghurt.
