Bringing together the best produce the Canberra region offers is something we love to do at the Market, and this month we are excited to welcome in three new stallholders, The Hot Skillet, BK Kraut, and Tanbella Orchard.

The Hot Skillet – Offering freshly made potato rösti, The Hot Skillet will be joining our Market food court weekly, starting this Saturday. You can enjoy your rösti naked (by itself), or with a wide range of sides like smoked salmon, vegetarian chickpea masala, pulled pork, or bacon. Cindy also serves up some wholesome and delicious homemade mango and tomato chutneys, plus homemade creamy dill sauce and sriracha sour cream.

BK Kraut – is a small food business committed to producing high quality, probiotic-rich sauerkraut, vegan kimchi, cashew cheese, gut shots, pickles and preserves. All of their products are packed by hand and sold raw and unpasteurised, and you’ll be able to find them at the Market fortnightly starting this Saturday in stall 135.

Tanbella Orchard – Established in the 1980s, Tanbella Orchard is predominately a self-pick orchard offering 58 varieties of apples, nashi pears, pears, and peaches.

Returning stallholders: We will also see the return of some Market favourites in June. From this weekend, Kurrajong Country Meats will be offering their usual produce, including sausages, schnitzels, pork, and lamb products. For those of us with a sweet tooth, the Junee Licorice & Chocolate Factory is back this Saturday the 12^th of June. The Factory produces organic licorice and couverture chocolate, and many more beautiful organic treats
