We are a family farming business in the Indigo Valley, N.E. Victoria, pioneering the elderberry industry in Australia. We are passionate about growing and producing quality handcrafted, small batch elderberry products. We grow our own elderberries and flowers and produce all of our products on farm in our commercial kitchen.
Our aim is to grow and produce products that make a difference to people's health, or lifestyle as farmers and caretakers of our land, and our connection with consumers while helping to build our local community and food security.
Elderberry Syrup - A tasty syrup with ingredients traditionally used during cold and flu season to boost immunity. A few uses include - drizzled over yoghurt & muesli, porridge or ice-cream, in a smoothly, used a salad dressing or put with some red wine, slices of orange and heat for a mulled wine.
Elderberry Shrub - 15th century fermented, sweet, tart and refreshing drink when added to soda water or mixed with alcohol. Use a capful in a tub of cream cheese to create a great dip.
Elderflower & Nettle Oxymel - An old fashioned infused herbal drink with ingredients traditionally used to provide calming support during springtime allergy season. A few uses include - drizzled over strawberries, ice-cream or pancakes, a salad dressing, in hot water as a tea with soda water or mixed with gin.
Elderberry Jelly - Versatile jelly made from steam juiced elderberries. Can be used savory or sweet. A few uses include - on turkey and chicken, great on a cheese board, spread on toast or scones, use as a glaze or in a gravy.
