This month we are delighted to introduce you to two of our newest stallholders – Altina Drinks and Simply Lentils, plus announce the return of an old Market favourite, Bolong River Produce.

Altina Drinks are a family-run Canberra business on a mission to shake up the Australian drinking culture. They are producers of Zero Proof Craft Cocktails, delicious drinks that pack a punch despite lacking the alcohol, added juice and stevia you would expect from a cocktail. These alcohol-free cocktails are sophisticated, beautiful and flavour-forward drinks that are accessible to everyone.

Simply Lentils offer a range of legume-based premixes with everything from breakfast mixes and canape bases to pizza bases, nuggets, burger patties and a wholesome Ayurvedic healing meal.

In May we welcome back Bolong River Produce, sadly without their popular flannel flowers just yet. David has grown a range of gourmet garlic varieties to suit all of your culinary requirements throughout the year, so be sure to visit to say hello and discover why garlic is just not garlic.
