Sal's Pastaficio (Nonna Maria’s) is a small family-owned and operated business located in the Nation’s Capital. Sal's Pastaficio pride themselves in making traditional Italian pasta.
Owner Salvatore (Sal), grew up in a small town in southern Italy migrating to Australia in the mid-80s, bringing with him his passion for traditional Italian food. Sal runs the business with his wife and three children.
Sal’s products have no preservatives or additives.
Sal’s also specialises in making traditional Italian sauces using locally sourced ingredients where possible.
