315g all-purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup water
1 egg white
30g butter, melted
2 egg whites, beaten (extra)
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar and salt.
Add water, one egg white and melted butter. Mix well to make a firm dough.
Knead until smooth, about 5 minutes.
Divide dough into 10 balls. Roll each ball on lightly floured surface until paper thin.
Place dough on ungreased baking sheet.
Brush with extra beaten egg white, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until browned.
