Please note that the relevant “Supplementary Forms” below are included in the new application form and annual re-registration. These Online Forms are applicable to all Producers; both Stallholders and Producers who engage Stallholders to act as their Agents.

Market Rules for Stallholders

Suppose you’re planning on submitting an Online Stallholder Application Form. In that case, we recommend you review the full version of our CRFM Market Rules rules to determine if you would qualify to become a stallholder with the Market. If you’re already an existing stallholder, review these regularly to keep up to date on your stallholder obligations.

Filming and Photography

Individuals and companies seeking to film or take photos for commercial purposes at the Market need to complete our Online CRFM Filming and Photography Application Form.

Buskers

Buskers are welcomed at the Capital Region Farmers Market, however, they must meet the eligibility criteria and comply with the rules and code of conduct (found in the Online Busker Application Form). Buskers must be approved by management and scheduled to appear.

Produce/Product Amendment Notification Form

This online form is to be used by existing APPROVED stallholders to notify CRFM Management that you have a new product you would like added to your approved product list.

Use this online form to notify CRFM Management that you would like to add another item/product to your existing approved product list. Once you have completed and submitted your Produce/Product Amendment Notification Online Form, the Market Manager will contact you within 7-10 days to advise if/when you can begin selling your additional produce/products.
