A new addition to the market – What are microgreens??

They are tiny vegetable greens used both as a visual and flavour component or ingredient; smaller than baby greens and harvested before sprouts, microgreens can provide a variety of delicate textures and distinctive flavours such as sweet and spicy.

They are also known for their various colours making them great for garnishing salads, soups, plates, and sandwiches.

Microgreens are typically 2–4 weeks old from germination to harvest

Varieties include: Wheat/Barley/Oat grass, chard, dill, mustard, radish, basil purple and many others
