With her fingers in many print and digital publications pies, it’s a wonder how Christine Salins has the time to eat the delicious food she’s writing about on her site Food Wine Travel. One of the markets’ most passionate supporters over the years, she’s done a wonderful job of promoting our stallholders and cookbook.
