Fresh Black Truffle Butter

Ingredients:

  • 140g good quality Butter
  • 50g fresh Truffle

Method:

  • Soften the butter
  • Grate truffle with micro-plane and mix through butter
  • Can be stored rolled in baking paper in the freezer until required
