This month we congratulate Holbrook Paddock Eggs  who have just won a GOLD medal at the Royal Melbourne Fine Foods Awards. Holbrook pride themselves on raising free roaming grass fed hens on their property south west of Wagga Wagga. Their grass fed Isa Brown hens enjoy the true meaning of free range, roaming the paddocks as they please, with the benefits being a premium quality egg.

Holbrook won the gold medal for their eggs in the free range eggs category of the awards which were announced last month. These awards are conducted by the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria and promote excellence across the fine food industry, celebrating boutique producers and regional specialists. Congratulations Holbrook!
