It’s never too cold for ice cream

Sample by Capital Region Farmers Market Stallholder Cobargo Home Made Ice CreamWho says you can’t have ice cream in the middle of winter? With the delicious flavours from our new stallholder Cobargo Home Made Ice Cream, you won’t be able to say no anyway.

Alfred and Jane who started this business have been making home made ice cream in Cobargo in the Bega Valley since 2007. All ice creams are made using natural ingredients only, nothing artificial, and they use as much seasonal local produce as possible. The ice cream is available in individual recyclable tubs and are made using local fruits, nuts and honey. Flavours will change depending on what’s in season but may include such delights as coconut and honey, hazelnut and toffee, passionfruit, finger lime and rum and raisin.

Stop by and take a look at the flavours on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month.
