This month – meet Paul from Dish it Up. Paul and his wife Susie started making pasta about eight years ago and set up their own small business; coming to the Market each week really helped them to establish themselves. Dish it Up make a variety of different flavoured pastas including fettucine, linguine, pappardelle, spaghetti and a range of gnocchi, cannelloni and tortellini – all hand made by Susie. You can also grab a fresh, ready-to-bake lasagne, and their grain and gluten free range of pastas is also popular.
