What’s in Season – Christmas!

It’s officially nearing that wonderful time of year again… Christmas!

Christmas is a beautiful time of year to slow down and gather with loved ones to celebrate the year that has been, and to prepare for the year ahead. Warm summer weather and special memories are all celebrated and enjoyed around a dinner table or BBQ at the beach (alongside a quick game of cricket!).

An important aspect of the holiday season is always the ritual of food. Food enjoyed with family, food enjoyed with friends. Loved ones come together to create tables of pure magic, filling plates with recipes passed down from generation to generation, or new creations that ensure everybody comes back for seconds.

We’re proud to be a part of the Christmas traditions, supplying marketgoers with delicious produce for their Christmas celebrations every year. There’s nothing better than using fresh, local produce when cooking for those you love, and that is definitely something we have in abundance at the Market!

Create the perfect Christmas with:

  • Fresh seafood straight from the South Coast of NSW including prawns, oysters, fish, lobsters, mussels and octopus.
  • Full and half leg hams and poultry.
  • Christmas puddings and fruit mince tarts.
  • Cherries, strawberries, peaches and nectarines.
  • Fresh salad ingredients and summer vegetables.
  • Great selection of entertaining staples including bread, smallgoods and cheeses.
  • Christmas Trees from Santa’s Shaped Christmas Trees available from the market on the 3rd, 10th, and 17th of December.

We can’t wait to hear about all the delicious meals our marketgoers have planned for Christmas!

The final Markets for the year are:

  • Saturday 3rd December
  • Saturday 10th December – Christmas Carols
  • Saturday 17th December
  • Saturday 24th December – Christmas Eve Market

We re-open on 14th January 2023
