What better way to brighten up your day as the colder weather sets in than with some tasty and colourful citrus! Imperial mandarins and new season Navel oranges have arrived at the Market and we are so excited for it.

Bursting with flavour and delivered fresh by our stallholders, oranges and mandarins are the perfect addition to your winter diet. Packed full of flavour and health benefits, there are so many great reasons to grab yourself some fresh citrus this season.  

Extremely rich in vitamin C, these delicious citrus fruits can help boost the immune system, warding off colds and infections which is extremely valuable during these winter months. Additionally, oranges and mandarins are high in fibre, potassium and antioxidants, helping aid digestion, supporting heart health and combatting inflammation and oxidative stress, reducing the risk of chronic diseases.

In addition to all these amazing health benefits, citrus fruits are incredibly versatile in the kitchen. Their intricate blend of sweet and tangy flavours makes them ideal for a wide range of recipes and cuisines.
