We produce a range of award winning preserves, including fermented products kimchi, sauerkraut and hot sauce. We have hot sauces that are not fermented and different things like kimchi bloody mary mix, cowboy candy. Our motto is griwm gather, create so we also have seasonal specials. The live fermented range is unpasteurised, unadulterated & lacto-fermentated and like all our products are made with 100% Australian produce. We have set ourselves high environmental and sustainability standards because it is important that our impact is positive and not wasteful.
