After a long family history in the food and beverage industry, he’s started his own business with the goal of introducing the world to a variety of different chillies. And there are many, each with its own flavour which he shows in his range of chilli sauces, jams, chutneys, relishes, dessert sauces, chilli flakes and curry powders.

Owen believes chilli should be about the taste, and not just the heat, and creates a range of products from his own recipes, or recipes from his daughter. All oZone’s products are vegan and free from gluten, flour, nuts, seafood and dairy, and in most cases no salt is added. Everything is homemade in small batches and chilli varieties Owen uses include the very hot Ghost Chilli, Habanero, Jalapeno, Bird’s Eye, Cascabel and Pimento.
