Patisserie Valerie create their chocolates in their Narrabundah Studio and make a range of ganache filled chocolates, praline truffles, and chocolate coated honeycomb, orange and nuts. They use as many Australian products as possible and the chocolate itself is Callebaut couverture from Belgium. Yum yum.
