Spotlight on: Tilba Real Dairy

Award winning Capital Region Farmers Market stallhodler, South Coast CheeseWhat do Tilba Real Dairy and South Coast Cheese have in common? Lots! They’re actually one and the same with a recent name change to this much-loved Market favourite from the South Coast of NSW.

Tilba Real Dairy, formerly South Coast Cheese, specialise in producing local dairy products of the highest quality. Nic and Erica Dibden are the proud owners of the business where they operate a dairy farm in the picturesque Tilba Tilba Valley milking beautiful Jersey cows.

Each week they bring their dairy range to the Market which includes milk, yoghurt, cream and 25 different cheese varieties including their Three Year Vintage, Herb and Garlic, Firecracker, Vintage Pepper, Cream Blue and Club Blue. They also do delicious milkshakes made fresh at the Market from jersey milk straight from the farm. Yum!

Tilba Real Dairy is also an agent for delicious dips, soups and olives from Daris Kitchen. What a great pairing!
