Rod Terry Oysters is owned and operated by Rod who is a second-generation oyster farmer on the Clyde River at Batemans Bay on the South Coast of NSW. With a total of five hectares, Rod specialises in growing indigenous Sydney Rock Oysters which are very tasty indeed. Having farmed oysters for over 40 years, Rod offers oysters sold in the shell or opened on request by the dozen most Market days. After a short break, Rod will be returning with his oysters for the 17 June market.
