There’s a lot happening in the world of our stallholders this month! We have a few exciting additions to the Market, as well as some returning faces.
BGL Premium – BGL Premium are goat and lamb producers from Wagga Wagga, NSW. Goat meat has grown in popularity, so make sure that you get in quick to talk to the team at BGL Premium about their premium cuts of goat and lamb. BGL Premium attend weekly.
Nanophire Greens – Nanophire Greens are a microgreens producer from Yass NSW. Nanophire Greens bring highly nutritious hydroponic microgreens including varieties such as sunflower, radish, broccoli, kale and beetroot. Nanophire Greens attend fortnightly.
Unscripted Fermentation – Unscripted Fermentation offer fermented condiments such as sauces, hot sauces, pickles, sauerkraut, relish and whatever else takes the cook’s fancy! Attending weekly next to Bellerphorn Coffee.
Oatmeal CBR – You may recognise Oatmeal CBR as a part of the existing Market stallholder The Hot Skillet. You’ll now be able to find Oatmeal CBR and their delicious porridge bowls in their very own stall! Oatmeal CBR are in the food court next to The Hot Skillet.
Salads Direct – Starting the 8th of October on a weekly basis, Salads Direct will be bringing fresh and delicious lettuce and salad greens from their property in Cobargo NSW.
B&S Produce – B&S Produce have returned from their Cyprus summer holiday. Find Bill and Sandra and their variety of vegetables and fruit in their regular spot in stalls 24-28.
Gum Tree Pies – Gum Tree Pies are returning to the Market on the 8th of October with their delicious gourmet meat pies and sausage rolls.
Bungaree Free Range Eggs – Bungaree Free Range Eggs have returned to the Market on a weekly basis and are selling their fresh and delicious egg selection in their usual location in stall 9.
