capital region
farmers market

WE ARE CLOSED OVER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS.

Our first market back is Saturday 11th January 2025

christmas Season!

at the Capital Region Farmers Market

every saturday – 7:00am to 11:30am @ EPIC

The Market is CLOSED Saturday 21st AugusT

Unfortunately, the Capital Region Farmers Market will be CLOSED this coming Saturday 21st August 2021.

The decision is based on the increased numbers of community transmission of Covid-19 in the ACT announced over the past two days, along with increased Covid-19 restrictions in both NSW and the ACT affecting farmers, producers and their transport of goods.

Safety is the Market’s number one priority, and the Market wishes to ensure the ongoing safety of the Canberra community, stallholders and volunteers to help reduce the risk of transmission. This also supports the ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr’s message for Canberrans to stay at home.

The Market would like to thank all of our shoppers for supporting our stallholders during this difficult time.

Keen to still support your favourite stallholder? Please keep an eye out on our social media for stallholder notices on how you may be able to access home delivery or special offers, and also check directly on our stallholders’ profile page on our website, as well as their own social media channels.

We will reassess the situation early next week with regards to the Market resuming on the following Saturday 28th August.

Capital Region Farmers Market

Sample the region’s freshest produce at the Capital Region Farmers Market

The Market is a community project run by the Rotary Club of Hall, the only rural Rotary Club in the ACT.

Find your way to the Market with our directions to EPIC. We have over 100 stallholders each week who bring their freshly picked, grown and hand crafted produce to the Market.  Speak to a stallholder and ask them where their produce comes from – you’ll be surprised what you’ll learn and pick up cooking, storage and usage tips. Find your favourite stallholder in the directory.  Looking for more cooking and produce usage ideas – search our growing recipes blog.

The Rotary Club of Hall is proud to do something positive to underpin the growing agri-business opportunities in the region and offer a great seasonal food experience. Find out more about our special events on our calendar. The Market provides a direct and unbroken link between food producers and customer and also enables the Rotary Club of Hall to support important regional community projects.
