Sample the region’s freshest produce at the Capital Region Farmers Market, a community project run by the Rotary Club of Hall.

Join us this Saturday and support local and regional farmers and producers. Fresh produce, straight from the farm to you!

This week at the Capital Region Farmers Market is shaping up to be another big one! Our Summer Harvest is well under way, with summer fruits continuing to steal the spotlight. Stallholders are overflowing with cherries, strawberries, peaches, apricots and nectarines, the true taste of an Aussie summer. We are excited to welcome back M&M Top Spot this year with their delicious cherries, adding to the bounty.

If you’re planning to deck the halls, it’s not too late to pick up a beautifully shaped, fresh-cut tree from Santa’s Shaped Christmas Trees, grown on their family property in Gundaroo.

Triffid Tonic Company returns for their monthly visit, and BK Kraut has advised that this is their last market for 2025 – so stock up to get you through.

Our fortnightly favourites will be joining us too: Embry Chai and Pride of Lunatics are joining us as extras for this fortnight. Also on site will be Hundred Acres Produce, Mick Curtis Bananas, Homeleigh Grove, Murray River Smokehouse, Kuch’s Plants and Martins Ridge Farm.

It’s a packed morning full of festive flavour, fresh produce and returning favourites. See you on Saturday!

With over 90 farmers and producers, there’s something for everyone at the Market this Saturday.

Market CLOSED Easter Saturday 19 April 2025

Please note that we are closed Easter Saturday 19th April 2025 whilst the Folk Festival is in attendance at EPIC.

Changes are due to Folk Festival bumping in to the EPIC grounds. We apologise for any inconvenience. We will be back to normal on Saturday 25 April 2025.

Entry is via:

🟢 Old Well Station Road ONLY through the two gates – our Farmers Market Gate and the Double Gate Road into our carpark.

⛔ No access this weekend via Northbourne Avenue/Federal Highway at Gate 4 (Service Station/McDonalds entry), turn right and follow road to Farmers Market Carpark.

🚶‍♂️🚴‍♂️ Pedestrian and Cycling access is available at Gate 4 (Service Station entry)

⛔🚆 No Light Rail Access this Saturday.

🐕‍🦺 Please note that dogs are not permitted within the Market Shed (assistance dogs allowed) however they are more than welcome to hang out in Bicentennial Park directly next door.

Getting to the Market

We’re located on the grounds of Exhibition Park In Canberra, Mitchell. Open every Saturday 7-11.30am.

Entry is via:

🚆 Light Rail Access: After getting off at Flemington Road stop, enter via Gate 1 (directly across from the light rail station) and walk around the ring road to the market.
